Bad terrible experience

I went to Mr. Price in Horizon View to request for a refund on items that I have purchased, two large photo frames. I then mistakenly went to the Mr. Price sport instead of the home. I spoke to a guy I don't know his name the shop had customers in that were still shopping, the shop had left with 5min to close and it looks to me that they had already decided to close the store when i told this guy that I wanted a refund of the items I had come to change, the guy he just up and got rude with me I tried to open the door and he held on the door and rudely said to me why do I come when shop is closed and i said to him it's not five yet and I need service he proceeded to closed the door on me and pushed me out. One of the ladies then pointed me to the next door which was then the home Mr. price, those ladies they then helped me.

I then left the store thereafter and approached that guy and asked him why he was rude to me and pushed me\ outside when I needed service, he said to me if they are closed, they need to go, I then asked what about the service that I need from the store because I purchased items which I needed to return and get refunded for. I said this store took my money and I am customer that comes to spent his money, he had an altercation with me right before his female colleagues I proceeded to speak to him and he then swearing at me I then swore him back and when I approached him much closer, he had an umbrella which I think he had intentions of using it as a weapon I then proceeded to get an object from my car. He swore me telling me that I am poor and don't have money and that I am stressed, calling me with my private parts and i am no child that he disrespected me in that manner. I can point out the guy, Mr. Price employs hooligans, ****s people that have no respect and regards for people that spent their hard earned money and you someone telling you that you are poor you don't have money.

Mr. Price needs to publicly tell the nation which type of people it needs to serve because according to that guy I am poor and don't fit to spend my money at Mr. Price. He said he will break my private parts, and he is not scared of me, he is terrible and even told me he will deal with me any time of the day.

I am a professional an IT professional, I will never allow such a pitiable person who relies on customers to get their salary. This will never go down any easier, he calls me with my private parts in front of his female colleagues such a downtrodden moment I had to go through been treated bad and sworn at by this piece of nonsense boy. I am old and grown to have someone swearing me and disrespected by some cheap raggedy boy.

Mr. Price is terrible and have staff that disrespect people who come to further the vision of Mr. Price. I am disgusted and am going to tell everyone I know about that boy I will also make sure I get his photo for people to know him.

I will go to all social media and report Mr. Price and its bad employees.
