Bad staff, Bad service
Bad staff = Bad service. You need to change the staff there especially the woman behind the tills, talking whole time and long waiting times due to that.

I really just wanted to get a shorts and sandals and dress for the woman, we were greeted with an unwelcome reception and other people in the store were angered by the way they were working and not giving any attention. I even said have a good day when we left to the tiller with no reply.
