BAD STAFF, BAD ATTITUDE FROM MR PRICE EYETHU MALL

I would like to extend the utter disgust service I received from Mr Price Eyethu Mall Branch, my people (Blacks) really don't have a sense of customer service when it comes to one of their own but take the very same staff and place them in a different "colour" dominated store you will yield different results. So my ordeal was when I asked why we standing in a long que (about 15 customers) while there's just 1 person working at the toll and there's about 5 staff members idling behind the counter going on about their business as if nothing is wrong, the dreadlocked guy(till) answered me in a very rude way, his answer was that he's asking himself the same question, like really. I asked for his manager whom was amongst the group of staff who were just having a chat amongst each other, she obviously was also rude and said everyone whose working on the tills is on lunch and there's nothing she can do about it, mhmm that was very strange that everyone goes on lunch at the same time leaving just 1 person. Please sort it out cause it paints a very bad image for your stores really, and with the power of social media things can go south very quickly if you keep such staff with such attitude. As soon as the lockdown is over I will personally go to that branch to find out from management if they were addressed on this issue and what was the resolution on curbing this from happening in the future.
