BAD SREVICE FROM MR PRICE INSURANCE TEAM

I went to Mr Prince to purchase a phone for my mom ,everything went well and was happy ,then the insurance team called (Friday 16th) to ask if i want to add insurance i told the lady to call me on Monday the 19th because i need to ask my mom if she wants to add insurance ,,indeed i received a call from Mr Price Insurance explaining how the insurance will cover the phone ,however i must say that the second lady who called Monday was very rude just because i felt unsecured the moment she ask me to confirm my ID no , she hanged up on me i am very said i even wanna return the phone back to the store so i can go somewhere else where i will get good service
