Bad sms

Last month a lady phoned me and told me my amount to pay is R500 so this month I played my R500 then I started getting sms telling me to make a payment of R755.00 or they will take action. Since then I phoned the number on the sms *** , I pressed 1 but nobody phoned back. This morning I phoned again and after 4 min the line went dead. I also tried the call centre and they put me throw to another department. I hold for 25 min and the line went dead again. I don't understand that they say I'm behind because on my statement it shows totally a different story. Can somebody from Mr Price phone or email me. Regards Esmė
