Bad 😞😔 shopping experience

I was doing my shopping at Mr price located in orange farm eyethu mall. I was not please with service as a customer I want to buy bikers leather jacket it was on a marked down Red price tag as I was about to do my payment then on the till point it scanned R450 then I asked the guy how come because the other ones says R100 . Then the guy by the name of Taphelo said it's the new barcode this one is not the red tag then I asked who's fault is it because am a customer I know nothing about new codes and old code's then he called the supervisor and the supervisor was clueless didn't know what to say then the manager was called. That lady came to me and no sisi we can't give it to at a reduced price you gonna have to take it like that. Then told the lady to put it back in the floor and left me like that. This is not my first time having bad shopping experience in the store. Last year around April I bought white sneakers and they were very dirty as like extremely dirty and all the whit sneakers were dirty at the exposal to the customers to buy them like . I had to buy them like that at R199.99 I tried to ask why are the shoes dirty but the answer I got there's nothing we could do it's you customers
