Bad service/waiting for my Refund

am very dissapointed with Mr Price online shopping I orders last year december on 9th of December 2021 order no: ***, was then told on the 14th of December 2021 that my order is onhold... on the 20th december was told my order is cancelled but to my DISSAPOINTMENT i still havent received my refund and even when I try to call their customer care online they never pick up the phone, I have even went to Mr Price heidelberg to try and get some assistance they told me the is nothing they can do for me but I must contact the online dept am extremely dissapointed with Mr Price Online service.
