Bad service #******** policy

<div>I visited Mr Price Greenstone today around 16:15, to pay my account. Grabbed a pack of sweets to pay with a note I had. Only to find that, it had a slight tear, was told that such was not acceptable since looting. I asked if that was stated in writing, the manager told me that it is, on the policy at the door. On my way out I checked that out, there was no such amendment only proof of purchase in exchange of goods was stated since the looting issue happened. Not that was not enough about the false information I got from the manager, her attitude when she had to come and explain the teared note issue.Teared notes are all over the world, we even get one from your stores and banks. What must happen when I find myself with one? Throw it away?because even if I put a tape on it, it won't go back to the original state. It is money after all and a valid one. We can always find our way to other stores that dont have ridiculous ******** policies. I had to swipe my card over a lousy pack of sweets because of intentional lies and incompentency. I trust this is not the way that Mr Price does business and that you will look into my concern about the incident. Hope you will respond with a solution to prevent this incident happening again.</div>
