Bad service/ Unhappy client

I've been getting very bad service from Mr Price in the last 2 weeks. I ordered a few clothing items online. My first order I got within a week. The next 2 or 3 orders has been taking longer than a week. I emailed them just to enquire. And i have not gotten a response yet. My first order came and the one item did not fit. I went in store to Parow Centre and the lady told me there is no stock left of that dress. Should i want a refund, they cant refund me the amount i paid. They can only refund me R30. I emailed Mr Price again after numerous attempts on whatsapp. All messages sent from me were not responded to. After enquiring via email via failed attempts on whatsapp, i still get no response. This was all at the end of November. From 22 November 2021 actually. Mr Price customer service is very bad and thats a pity because I used to love them. This is unacceptable and I am now considering not being a regular customer anymore
