BAD SERVICE TO ONLINE PURCHASING

Mr price online purchasing is totally awful...

I made an online purchase 3 July, they only decided to process it 6 July, got shipped 8 July and gave a due date for 11 July... With no further communication from Mr Price, I called in myself to follow up as to where my order is and the lady told me the order will only be at the store for collection by Thursday 17 July as if it is nothing and just have to accept that.

I again called in to lodge a formal complaint, a guy by the name of Bruce answered and I explained to him the poor service from Mr Price, he then asked If I can hold on as he just want to get hold of the courier, I said it's ok I will hold......20 minutes later they just dropped the call and no Bruce came back to me.

Disgusting is an understatement...
