BAD SERVICE RECIEVED

I bought a travel bag with Mr Price last week and then received communication that it has been shipped on the 08/08. Since then I have not heard anything from them. Today I called hoping to get some info and an agent dropped the call, after putting me on hold for 5 minutes. When I called back another agent said delivery will be done during the course of the week. What frustrates me most is when one orders online, they make mention of the fact that your order will be shipped within 3-5 working days, the fifth working day since it was shipped should've been today, but here I am still calling them for an order that is still not showing ☹️☹️
