Bad service received

Yesterday I was shopping online,I had R600 and some odd cents on my Mr price account, when I was busy trying to check out there was an error, then a pop up message for chat came up I spoke to Thobani and I informed him about what just happened and he confirmed that they experiencing system error and that I should check again later, when I tried checking out payment I got a message that there's insufficient funds in my account, but the items are still in the basket.

This morning I called the customer care line and spoke to Nonhlanhla she asked me to hold and the line just went off, I called again and the lady who answered also asked me to hold after getting my details and again the line went off.... I am extremely angry and frustrated because I don't get any help from amr price and my money is gone.
