Bad service received

Am very much disappointed about the service my sister's 14 year ols son got from Mr Price in Promenade last week.My sister gave her son bank card to buy trouser cost R300 apparently the assistant so called Aleesha Petersen swipe the card twice because my sister has incontact with Capitec she received a message of 300 and another transaction from Mr Price 300 came through her phone in the early hours the following day.Just after he bought this pants he went to draw money because he knew the amount he must spent from the card. He couldn't get cash that he wanted to withdrew there was insufficient funds his mother said why 2 amounts came through her phone while he only bought 1 pants then he explained that the cashier swipe the card twice in short the made double deduction in Mr Price. She and son went to enquire the following day they ask to see the so called "manager" she showed the messages and the statement from Capitec reflects that the purchase was done twice for ,300 though he bought 1 item.Mr Price Promenade promised to resolve this issue the following day that is the 1st December, 2021 till today nothing happened she still waiting for Mr Price to refund her money.....He was @ Mr Price on the 30 November 2021 # unhappy client
