bad service received.

I am so ****ed with the service i got from Mr Price i phoned this number today *** and the lady put the phone aside and kept quite.i asked her for her name and she kept quite. .i feel like closing this account because i pay them well and the last time they updated my payment details on clear score was in april and we now on june.and i am not even sure the information there is accurate.the service i received today was really bad.i am even thinking of closing this account.
