Bad service q

I'm not happy with mr price service at Germiston Golden walk... After a long wait in a que, the cashier(Nkosingiphile) left me to give another costumer his/her card that fell, even if she can make things easier for all of us and page the customer, but still she left me unattended. I'm so disappointed because even when I told the manager, she also didn't handle the matter accordingly. The store does not comply in treating customers fairly..
