Bad Service! Poor Customer Care!

I am extremely disappointed with MrPrice. You guys had rep**** to my review on the 3rd of May 2021 with regards to a complaint that happened in your store at Clearwater, the reply is as follows:

“Good Day

Your post will be sent off to the Regional Manager and you will receive personal feedback shortly.

Thank you for taking time to let us know about your experience, we will aim to resolve this matter ASAP

Many Thanks Mr Price”

It is the 30th of August and yet I still have no heard anything from your regional manager etc. This is really disappointing!
