Bad service Payment Structure

I have a Mr Price money account and I have requested for a change on my payment structure from 24 months to 12 months because the current payment structure that i am on forces me to only make purchase of R500.00 and above and cannot make purchases for less than that amount, i have been advised by MR price that i need to pay off the account and close it and reopen a new account in order for them to assist option 2 was to open a second account on the payment plan that i would like ( why ? ) no sense

i have called in 3 times and written to Mr price to no avail their written correspondence agents are off no help and are *********** ... they cannot explain why it cant be done ...they would rather frustrate and ****** money from me by vetting me over and over again affecting ones credit profile (opening a new account ) unnecessarily ...
