Bad service online purchases

So I made a online purchase and was sent the wrong size. I called the call center more than 3 times and they have failed to assist me. Instead I'm being told to return the item in store. We currently have a national crisis with the Corona virus and I'm honestly avoiding going to the mall. What kind of company makes they wrong doing the clients problem. They have really failed me as they client. No one has apologized or even responded to my emails. I'm honestly disappointed....
