Bad Service on Refund

I am very disappointed with Mr Price. They promised to refund my money on 04th May 2018. Every time when I call their customer service or chat with their consultants online they always come with different stories and always provide different turn around for the funds to be refunded in my account. I have never experienced such a horrible service. Please train your consultants to empathize and apologies when necessary. I don’t know why you call them customer support when you know very well that they fail to do. They failed me dismally as a customer and believe me it is not going to end here, everyone I know will know of a bad service that I have received from Mr Price. Your consultants are rude. Charnee your online customer support consultant was rude she decided to end the chat while I was busy explaining. For once please take responsibility and refund my money.
