Bad service of the year

I went to your jabulani mall store over the weekend, saw a cute pair of shoes for my daughter but they didn't have her size. I asked a guy who was busy on the shoes department to please check where I can get size 11. He came back after a while and said maponya mall has size 11. I drove to maponya and was told the shoes are not yet packed out of the box. I decided to make an online delivery order while I was in the store at maponya. The shoes were delivered yesterday but it's a size 10 not 11 Where do I get size 11? Do you even have size 11? Because I called customer service today and was told that each of my closest stores has 1 pair. I asked for the lady I spoke to, Lungile, to please ask 1 store to put aside a pair for me, I am making my way to the store to exchange. She told me that I have to call the store myself to arrange that, like really?
