Bad Service MRP Canal Walk

Worst service ever Mr Price canal walk. I walked in to return a skirt with a tag on that has never been worn. No customer service skills whatsoever. I walked up to someone who seemed like the manager, when I asked if she's the manager she bluntly just nodded her head and gave my blunt answers. I unfortunately did not have the slip. Asked them to check the system for the slip, these people have the nerve to tell me I'm not on the system after I showed them all the receipts I received from them via email. They then tell me I can exchange, I walk away and come back with something I wanted to exchange for and they continue to tell me they don't give cash back so I can't get change. I asked if I could provide them with a bank receipt and they said no. Never in my life have I received such **** service.
