Bad Service MRP

Ordered goods online on the 22/07/2020, the money came off my account however for some reason the order was cancelled. Been speaking to an agent on their WhatsApp line since 27/07/2020 Shivani, ***. Today the 30/07/2020 and nothing has been done, when you ask they brush you off and say I will email you, I have requested her manager to give me a call so we can sort it out, she didn't call me. Every time I phone the call center they say the same and nothing gets done. Very bad service for something you have paid for already
