Bad Service Mr Price Mall of Africa

I shopped at Mall of Africa at Mr Price yesterday.

Issues faced: Took atleast 10mins or more to locate a code for an item which was the last one in stock. After that ordeal, the item wasn't packed into my bags. Multiple plastic bags as they had a shortage of big bags.

Due to me returning home extremely late last night I only checked my purchases then, that's when I discovered the shoes which I was charged R130 for wasn't with my items. I was overcharged for R180 as well.

I called the number on the slip this morning at 10:22. Waited 5min plus to be connected to the store. Explained my circumstances to a individual called Vuyo who wasn't very friendly and seemed uninterested in my issue, he expected my to drive to the store which is 70km return from my home for assistance. Can people not understand that he was requested to check?

It's exactly 4hrs later, I still haven't received a call from the store or any feedback after spending 12mins trying to Vuyo my plight which excludes my holding time.

I called the number after I ended my call with to report the store. The agent was explained what transpired after much difficulty, however he said he will report the incident to the area manager.

Mr Price, this type of service is not what is expected from customers. Educate your staff to be professional, to listen and be attentive.
