Bad Service - Mr Price Govan Mbeki

I've purchased a voucher at Mr price Centurion Mall and asked if I can send it to someone in another province by taking a picture of the voucher number at the back. I was advised that I can purchase the voucher and just send the person a picture of the back card voucher with the number. I did that, Mr Price in Port Elizabeth Govan Mbeki branch is refusing to process a purchase they want the actual card whereas I am in Pretoria. This is soooooooo unacceptable , because clearly Mr Price Govan Mbeki stuff is either lazy to type voucher numbers and prefer to scan or they are taking chances.
