Bad Service - Mr Price Golden Arce

On the Monday 21st I made a purchase at Mr Price of R140, paid by debit card which went off my account twice. I was told to go get a statement from my bank and bring it back as proof of my double payment...... Firstly it's not a lot of money but that's not the point I have been at the store thrice I have made many calls and they just giving me the run around .... I took my statement to the store the next day, the lady that was assisting me called the bank and they verified that a double payment was made she then tells me that she needs to submit this claim to Head Office and she will call me when \my issue"is resolved. It has been 6 working days since then"
