Bad service Mr Price and credit protection plan.

I have a credit protection plan and I've been retrenched 31 July. I submitted all my forms and then infot a message to say I must please fax outstanding documents. I went to the branch and they made the call and then confirmed that all my docs are in order. I then received 4 more sms with the same request. I then called the number on the SMS and inwas told to fax a certified copy of my ID, bearing in mind I had submitted a copy the 1st time. Well it is September now and I've just received an arrears statement. When is this going to be sorted out. The stress trying to sort this out on top of being retrenched is just not worth it.
