Bad Service - Mr Price

I made an online purchase on 05/07/2021 and paid for it electronically same day, it was to be delivered to my address in 3 to 4 days. I expected my parcel on Friday 09/07/2021 but today is the 23/07/2021 and I still don’t have my parcel. They don’t even contact me to apologise for whatever inconvenience on their side, I have to try and contact them numerous times through their call centre and via WhatsApp but we are not getting anywhere.

Before WhatsApp a call centre agent named Ntokozo promised to call me back on Saturday 10/07/2021 and I am still waiting for that phone call. WhatsApp agents have no time at all they just give me days when my parcel will be delivered but it ends up not arriving. I make online purchases all the time with other companies and this is the worst service I have ever received.
