Bad Service Mr Online

I am an additional card holder of Mrprice account, I made an online order in December and I qualified for free door to door delivery, I was happy because I couldn't afford to pay for it I usually collect instore... It took longer than expected to be delivered but it arrived I received a small package instead of the 'big Parcel full of Christmas clothes for my kids' I notified the courier person delivering that the parcel couldn't be mine because the packaging is branded BASH and my order/ parcel is from Mrprice. The courier adviced to call customer service to report the matter at Mr Price . After Several attempts to get through to customer care they told me to open the small package, take photos of the contents, explain what is wrong with my order and forward an email the email to helpdesk. After a few days the courier fetched the Bash parcel,No word about delivering My Parcel,That was January...No word from Mr price about delivering or atleast a refund, till to date I'm paying for the clothing I never received.😡
