Bad Service I've ever had

We bought a tablet my partner and I at Mr Price Mams Mall on the 05/07/2020 then on the 20/08/20 the tablet just stopped working and he took it back and they said we'll get it back within 9 working days then after 4 weeks they called that the tablet is back but it wasn't fixed. We've been waiting for it to this day. I called the number of the consultant for follow up and he told me that the tablet has a quotation because it wasn't a technical problem, how is it not a technical problem if a tablet just stopped working. Then he said hell take it to another branch and see if they won't help us. We've been waiting ever since. They gave us something that's was about to die, we only used to for 4 weeks It was the first time buying a device at Mr price and I'm not impressed with their service. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from them. Bad service ever
