Bad service is not acceptable

On the 10th December 2015 I received a call asking for direction to my house to deliver goods ordered from Mr Price Home on-line. When I was still busy talking to the person we got cut off, I then waited hoping they will call back but they did not then I called them back and gave them the directions. They then asked for an alternative address saying they don't know the location, I then told them I'm at work which is 30km outside town and also when I placed the order I was told it will be delivered at home not on an alternative address. Since I was at work, I told them that they will find my mother at home and they can leave the order with her. When I got home my mother told me that they did not even come to the door to knock but they were outside the gate and hooted until someone came out. I would not accepted such treatment as my mother is 70 years old and had to go outside and look who was hooting and the gates were not locked as it was during the day also we don't have any pets to say maybe they were scared to enter and knock. We should be treated with respect as we have paid for the service as promised when you buy on-line
