Bad Service! Insurances and extras not removed. Payments increasing... What else???

Insurances that I've not signed for being deducted from my account. Getting calls and emails telling me I'm in arrears after making payments every month.... The amount they request just getting more and more every month and when I pay less (my original amount as agreed) they tell me legal action is being made. I've requested the insurances and stuff to be removed last month. Got an SMS saying that it is successfully removed, but still seeing that it's on my November statement the SMS in October where they stated that it had been removed. I am sick and tired of the phone calls telling me to pay and and and... I am tired to explain and ask them to sort out this matter, so I'm coming to you. They are a lovely clothing store but if this is the service I receive, I'll rather go elsewhere. When I don't pay the amount they want me to pay (increasing monthly), my spend limit gets less and less... Paying a account and not even using it and being told you in arrears and legal action is taking place.... Is disgusting!
