Bad Service I get every year

<p>I have an account with Mr Price. This is the third time this is happening to me when ever I pay my account the installment doesnt go down. and when I went to the shop they can not explain to me what is happening with my account so now i cannot take it any more, because even when I call the haed office the cannot explain to me what is happing.. the staff member can not assist me. I even with to close this account I cannot take it any more... </p>
