Bad service from the store

Monday 26 July 2021, we visited Mr Price in AMANZIMTOTI (257),SHOP F87a THE GALLERIA around 15:00 and Cashier was NTOMBENHLE and her supervisor was Nolwazi and Manager was Musa Ngubelanga. most of the items at the shelves had no price tags and when we got to the cashier she told my wife to go back to the floor to find price tags or co get price from customer service. This did not sit well with me as i asked cashier why is she not asking her colleagues to get prices for her but she ignored me. My wife was returned to the floor for the 2nd time to get price thn i asked her to call her manager for me or supervisor. Nolwazi came and told me to go to the floor and and for Musa. I must say service at this Mr price is terrible, mr price needs to invest on training their staff on customer service as this is a big brand. i need to store owner to have a look at the footage to verify my story and take action. when we got home, my wife realised that we left the boot for my kids and cloves which was the main items we went to the store for as its cold these days. these items got left behind as there were no price tags.
