Bad service from Promenade Mr Price

My girlfriend bought me a t-shirt from the Promenade Branch in Nelspruit for my birthday a week ago... Yesterday as I wanted to wear it for the first time we noticed it is torn.. It is one of those ventilated t-shirts... She went there today and was told they can't take the t-shirt back because it is badly torn and it's a stitching that is coming loose separating the t-shirt. This is poor service for us to pay money for something that is off bad quality and you guys not wanting to take it back. Please assist and get back to me on ***
