Bad Service from MRP Protea Glen Mall

Firstly – No communication whatsoever that the courier company will deliver on which day was received from MRP, very disappointing… I received in 04/06/20.

When I received my order – The base of my beds are bigger than the wrap I ordered so as per little note that comes with the package – 1. Free returns to store ( You can return items to your nearest MRP clothing store), I went to Protea Glen Mall store to return the items today 05/06/20.

I was very early because of the lockdown ques & when I got to the door the lady that’s checking stuff at the door said to me I should go stand at the que even though I told her I was just returning the items. I comp**** & went to stand at the que outside the mall to wait for our group to be brought to the MRP store. The wait was close to an hour and when I got to the store I was told the clothing store has nothing to do with home store so they cannot accept my return.

What makes me mad is that this should have been told to me when I got to the store & not made to wait for an hour then be told that.

I stay in Protea Glen & we don’t have a MRP home store at our mall, I also do not have money to courier the stuff back to Durban – What do they propose I do?
