Bad service from Mr Prince online Shopping

My daughter placed an online order on the 9/5/2020, with 2 different delivery addresses. The one order was delivered within days. The second part of the order which is 1 jersey has still not been delivered. After numerous phone calls and disconnections, and promises made with reference numbers, the jersey is still not delivered. A promise was made to credit her account which never happened the where about of the jersey is "missing in action". How long does it take for a query to be sorted out. And today the response when you dial the number it's says please wait for connection and nothing happens. So at this point we do not know what more to do This is just utter bad service.
