BAD SERVICE FROM MR PRICE SAMMY MARKS SQUARE in PRETORIA

I went to Mr Price in Sammy Marks square Pretoria wanted to change clothes i bought on Saturday. Got to the terminals and this lady that wasn't friendly by the name of Metse not sure if this is her name because they dont even wear their name tags just looked ad and me, I went to her till and she looked at me with those I didnt call you eyes. Than I told her I wanted to change the 2 items I had with. She took them looked at the recept and said do you have your card. Took ot the card additional my sister did for me. She called her friend or colleague that was next to her by the name of Monsley not even sure if that's her because she didnt have her name tag too told her that I was there to change and dont have the card. I repeted the story to her friend and told her that the card belonged to my friend and she did the additional card for me on Saturday after we bought the items, I dont have the card we bought the clothes with cause with my sister and she's not around and wont see her after a Month. She told me that they wont assist me I needed to get her card. Is this how M Price treat their customer. this is the same store that i went to buy the clothes from, I had the additional card that was made for me and a till slip and still I had the worst service because I was told I wont be assist and that was my problem not theirs. If Mr Price will make people buy things and when we want to return the item we get told no and we needed to sort ourelves out. Why dont we get told this before we buy their clothes and the service was so bad and they didnt care and got treated like wasnt even a customer.
