Bad service from MR Price online shopping

Pathetic service from MRP. I placed an order Dec 2022, good never arrived then followed up over 10 times only to be to told that I had placed an order on a testing site. I was promised a refund mid January 2023, until now I haven't received it. When I follow up I'm told someone at finance is busy sorting it out. This is very disappointing from MRP. I want my refund please!!!!!!!
