Bad service from MR Price

Bad service on changing 6 6months payment to 12 month with NO arrears..... RETAIL office Park branch did not send in my Request letter..... Now I am punished with 22%interest.Only comment on several e-mails is that the issue is resolved. Joke!!!! Telephonicaly the only message is to make payment arrangement...... Joke!!!! If the 12 month was not approved I would not made any purchase....... But due to bad service and bad communication I'm furious. Shocking how many friends shared the same stories after hearing mine......
