BAD SERVICE FROM MR PRICE

I ordered something from Mr Price on their website on the 14th of August. I was told that my order will be delivered on or by the 21st of August. It is the 25th today, STILL NO PARCEL. Despite several tweets and Facebook messages, I struggle to get a response. I got a response on Facebook quoting a reference number, no follow up. I was told via DM on Twitter that I will be contacted by yesterday for the latest. Last night I informed them that noone has made contact with me and I have yet to receive a reply. I am responsible to pay for items and yet I have not received adequate responses. I still have no idea why I have not received my items. I need answers!!!
