Bad service from MR PRICE Adderley street

I was in Mr price Adderley street today 28/07/2022 and received the most pathetic service! I bought 2 jeans that was on special Tuesday the 26th July, it was too small so I came to return it today the 28th of July, they were unable to assist me as they said that the sale was off if I had to exchange they would charge me extra, this is nonsense! As someone who works in customer service this is the most pathetic service Ive received as they never went out their way to assist on their fault,, never should you have to pay extra on an exchange of an item even if it was on sale! Especially if it's the exact same thing ?? and they weren't able to assist me by IBT a bigger size??!I'm disappointed and disgusted. Please fix your polices your loosing loyal customers over bull. Pathetic.
