As I recieved this above sms and with my knowledge my account is updated as I'm 12 months.

And I've been trying to contact them from yesterday to get an clarification with the sms and they failed me as I've been trying to call them they are putting me on hold lfor 30 minutes as from yesterday. Please Hellopeter help me and they mustn't ignore our queries as much I email them but they was no response.
