bad service from Mr price

Vey disappointed at Mr Price, around the end of last year 2025 someone managed to access my account made purchase with my account for the value of 20K at different Mr Price stores around KZN and online. after noticing the the ridiculous balance on the statement i contacted Mr price to enquire about it and they informed about the purchases which were not done by myself. i had to go to the police station and made an avidavit to confirm that i did not make those purchases and i was not anywhere near KZN on those days as i stay in Gauteng. After sending the information they requested they send me a confirmation email that they received the information and it will take 90 days to do the investigation it has been 5 months now with no feedback, when i call to find out I'm told they still busy with investigation they will contact me. when this happened i actually paid 8k more into the account which i was saving for my kids Christmas i lost all that and could not even give my kids the Christmas i was planning for.

i cant even express how frustrated i am with Mr Price. i just want my 8k back and never gain will i have an account with Mr price
