Bad service from Mr Feaud department

I am very disappointed in the Mr Price group. I paid my account off and after doing that I wrote an email to them to close my account. They then told me my account is closed. Just recently 22 September 2023 there have been transactions made on the account of mine that I thought was closed. Four transactions were made in North west province. After that I emailed Mr Price ***** department about all the transactions and they told me they will deal with this but nothing is happening. This thing is affecting my credit score. If there were zero stars I would rate Mr Price with zero stars. I am very much disappointed in your services.ni want this account closed. I was at the Woodlands store in Pretoria and now my account has a balance of R500 I don't know for what because I paid that account off. I want this account closed
