Bad service from floor staff to the till

Mr price lake side mall Everything thing wrong in the same shop.. I wanted to buy a dress on the23sept 2021 it had no tag .. the lady called Thandi was suppose to assist me to find the price on the system.. she looked irritated when I told her I really want the dress.. she just told me there's nothing she can do the system was offline..the next thing she puts the dress somewhere and it had dirt on it not sure if she stepped on it ..I just felt like she didn't put much effort in assist in me.. I lost the cashier I Raisibe Rameh only got attitude... and also the lady at kiddies section ignored me when asking her for assistance in the girls section I needed items for 10yr old girl
