Bad service from Faith Faleh - Mr Price Alberton City

I have just been to Mr Price Alberton City to collect a parcel for clothing that I ordered online. This is not the first time I buy clothing from Mr Price online and collect from Alberton City. To say the service is poor is an understatement. I was served by a lady called Faith. No greeting, I told her that I wanted to collect a parcel and she said "Ini?" Zulu for "what". I repeated myself and from there, things went down hill. She sauntered to the box nearby, picked up the parcel, asked for my name , then proceeded to make a face, started banging on the keyboard, ripped the till slip out, then practically threw it at me to sign. I have no idea what I did to this young lady. Everyone is talking about ******, Black Lives Matter, bu the real problem is black on black ******. She would not dare behave like this to a person of another race, but because black people tolerate this form of ****** perpetuated by black people, she will get away with it. It is a shame that I will NEVER buy from Mr Price again. Such behaviour gives reputable institutions a bad name. I say this to Faith Faleh from Mr Price Alberton, You are damn lucky you have a job, but be careful, it will not last long
