Bad service for the first time from counter lady Tlaleng

Today I received a very very extremely bad service from a counter lady who was processing my purchase at Mr Price kuruman mall.She didn't even have a name badge I asked what was her name she responded with attitude asking me why I want her name.She didn't want to return the flip flops but the gentleman next to her did refund.
