Bad service for online purchases

So i bought a voucher online. They told me it takes about 24-48 hours, now it's been more than 48 hours. When I check on them I'm being asked if i paid for the voucher. I was asked for proof of payment by the consultant called Lungile before I could even provide it via their whatsapp he closed the chat. I feel like I am being bul**** for my money. No help thus far
