Bad service

Hi today i went to Mr price in dobsonville and unfortunately when i got there they were experiencing load shedding, the load shedding was between 2-4. Finally the electricity came back and guess what we were still waiting outside while one of the employee was mopping the floor and they didn't even say have the ordecity to come and tell us what was happening, I literally banged the door and they continued with their house keeping and mopping the floor after a little while the same lady that was mopping the floor came and told us that the system is offline or something like that, then came some lady that looks like a team leader never bothered to say anything to us but took a board and started drying the floor and then they opened after a little while. They never bothered to tell us anyone exchanging the system is off line i went and took what ever i wanted and waited on the line and still no one said anything. When it was my turn i had to greet the cashier and told her i wanted to do an exchange then told me to go back by the door so that they can mark the slip for an exchange and then am only told the system for exchanging is off line, mind you i have a baby on my back during this episode.... and i got angry and left cause i had to somewhere. They don't have customer service and they don't care as long they said what was suppose to be said and get paid at the end of the month, what botheres me is majority of soweto stores are like this bad service.
