Bad service ever

I ordered my kids shoes online on the 18th they were supposed to be delivered on the 24th ,I am still waiting even now no one even bothered to inform me that there will be a delay or there's a problem. My children didn't have shoes on Christmas because Mr price failed to deliver and communicate.
